Operating Statement
General Ledger.

Balance Sheet
Accounts receivable aging report
Accounts payable aging report.


All Reports can be tailored to meet your needs. Our company has the fl exibility to generate any type of report you may require.

Property Management
Tenant Relations and Retention.

Strong tenant relations are maintained through regular visits and timely and effi cient handling of service calls with follow-ups by property managers.

A minimum of two building inspections are conducted per month, with immediate response to building problems. In the event of an emergency, such as a fi re alarm, the property manager can be reached immediately.
